l've actually got the opposite issue. l've done all his missions (far as i can tell) but he's still sending out a distress call despite no one being there. I’ve got the same issue. I was tired of not have a police car in far cry 5 so I decided to learn something and here we are. It's not perfect I know but it was the best I could do with the tools available to me.
